These terms cover your use of CircuitDraft, an electrical print-drafting app published by Tucaway Electric LLC ("we", "us"), at circuitdraft.app and on Google Play. By using the app or buying Pro, you agree to them.

Prices are in US dollars for purchases on the web. Google Play sets its own local prices, which can differ slightly (for example, Pro Yearly is $59.99 on Google Play in the US); the price you'll pay is always shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. Sales tax may be added where required. If we ever change the price of an existing subscription, we'll tell you before it takes effect and you can cancel first.
With a valid apprentice code you get CircuitDraft Pro Monthly free for 30 days. If you don't cancel before day 30, you'll be charged $3.99 per month (50% off) for your next 3 monthly payments, and then $7.99 per month, charged automatically every month until you cancel. Codes are for students and apprentices in electrical training programs and may be withdrawn at any time; an offer already started keeps its terms.
When you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Payments already made aren't refunded except where required by law or the store's own refund policy; if something went wrong, email us and we'll make it right.
Purchases made in the Android app are processed by Google Play and are also subject to Google Play's terms, including its refund policy.
Unlock codes and promo codes are personal and may not be resold or shared. We may disable a code that is shared publicly or obtained by fraud.
CircuitDraft is a drafting and planning aid. It does not replace a licensed professional's judgment. Load calculations, conductor sizing, code checks and estimates are based on the information you enter and on our reading of the NEC; always verify them against the code edition and local amendments adopted by your authority having jurisdiction before relying on them for permits, installations or bids.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Tucaway Electric LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for CircuitDraft in the 12 months before the claim.
