CircuitDraft — Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

CircuitDraft is an electrical print-drafting app published by Tucaway Electric LLC. It is available at circuitdraft.app and on Google Play. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to your information when you use it.

Short version: your prints and projects stay on your own device; we never see them. The only personal information we ever receive is what you choose to give us: an email address when you buy Pro on the web, and whatever you type into the feedback form. We don't use ads, analytics or tracking, and we don't sell anything about you.

Your prints stay on your device

CircuitDraft has no account system and no sign-in. Every print you create (walls, symbols, wires, circuits, title block details, logo and settings) is saved in your browser's storage on your own phone or computer. That data:

PDF, PNG and SVG exports are generated on your device and saved or shared using your device's normal download and share features.

Buying Pro

On Android (Google Play). Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Google Play under Google's own terms and privacy policy. We never receive your card details. To confirm a purchase, the app sends the purchase's product ID and Google's purchase token to our server, which checks it with Google and marks it as confirmed. We don't receive your name or email from Google for this, and the token is not stored.

On the web (computer or iPhone). Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email and payment details to process the payment; we never see your full card number. After checkout, our server asks Stripe to confirm the purchase and creates your unlock code. The unlock code contains your email address and an expiry date, so the code can be checked without an account. For subscriptions, the app occasionally sends your code back to our server, which looks up your subscription status at Stripe by that email so it can renew the code. Stripe keeps the purchase and subscription records; we use them only to provide Pro, issue receipts and refunds, and answer support questions.

Promo codes. If you redeem a Google Play promo code or receive an unlock code from us, the same rules apply.

Feedback you send us

If you use Send feedback in the app, the message, the contact details you choose to include (if any), the app version and your device's browser description are sent to us through our website host, Netlify, so we can read and answer it. Don't include anything in feedback that you don't want us to see.

Services the app relies on

As with any website, these services see your device's IP address and basic browser information when the app loads files from them or contacts them. We don't send them your prints.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

CircuitDraft uses no analytics services, advertising networks or tracking. There are no ads, and we don't sell or share information about you.

How long we keep information

Feedback messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and improve the app. Purchase records are kept by Google Play and Stripe for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete feedback you sent, and we'll help with any request about your purchase records.

Children's privacy

CircuitDraft is a professional tool for the electrical trade and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, this page will be updated first, with a new "last updated" date above, before the change ships.
